Maybe some on Wall Street are beginning to have doubts on the merger prospects? I see 66% chance of DOJ rejecting this merger. Arbs who kept their positions are down and if the spread continues to increase, that will put greater pressure on the arbs to close their positions. Speculators v. arbs - who will ultimately win out?
