For an old, retired guy, you're moving very well this morning <lol>. Note that the $100M bogie for the Spinco IPO is just a placer. The actual number won't be set for several weeks, but I'd expect it to be much, much higher than $100M. Consider that through the first 9 months of the fiscal year, on a proforma basis Spinco's sales were $965M at a 37% operating margin. They will be the largest fabless semiconductor company in the world. What kind of market cap would you think this might merit? And all us qcom shareholders will get shares in Spinco <ggg>. uf

Downsouth, I can thank you enough for that the CC transcript. While the internet has given me more independence as an investor, not being able to listen into cc's has been a problem of mine in reacting to timely information. What I need is real time close caption. <gg> Greg
