Cheney looks to put intelligence and ethics into the office of VP, something absent for the past 7+ years. A very insightful statement. The last 7 1/2 years have been a disaster for the dignity, prestige and integrity of the high offices of President and Vice President. I feel, hope and pray that we can elect the Bush-Cheney ticket. With it we will, in my opinion, head toward character, quality of leadership, integrity, respect and good foreign and domestic relations. Frank
