For the past nine years he has worked with emerging technology companies to achieve their business objectives. In consideration for the services to be provided, the company has agreed to grant Mr. Juras a stock option to purchase up to 50,000 shares of the company at a price of $1..50 per share for a period of two years, subject to regulatory approval.
