The spin off...

QCOM gave us 25 shares of LWIN for every 100 shares of QCOM. The LEAPs did the same and consequently never split. So now the pre LWIN LEAPS are worth 800 shares each at a strike price of $10 plus a kicker of 25 shares of LWIN on exercise.

That make sense? This will probably be the same with the chip spin off next year. The IPO would have no effect on the LEAPs from all I know.
