TWICK: You have been on the right side of the market... Good job... The NDX is missing that oomph it used to have... The one year chart shows an oversold situation when looking at Stochastics and Williams %R... bigcharts.com So, it would seem that we could see an intermediate term breakout at any time... The emphasis on "Could"... With over 2/3 of reported earnings equaling or exceeding estimates, you'd expect a more positive tone, but that's not the case... I'd really be concerned if the market didn't move up with a vengeance after the FED ends its next meeting without a rate increase... In the meantime I'm moving into the cautious mode... Jim
