Actually it is lower than that. Generally when a person lies under oath he presumes that we don't know he is lying. In this case the man actually thought we would go along with the whole thing because we are so comfortable with the current status quo. We know bill is trying to out do JFK's famous exploits in the White House. We also know when hillary gets angry at somebody she probably insults their heritage. Its the denials, cover-ups, and the retaliatory abuse of power that urks many of us. Catching bill lying under oath is just a way to formalize the complaints.
