It adds unknown positives. (You see if everything is known about a company it should be priced in, investors buy because the story will be embellished and grown with positive news down the road) It's just my feel for the reaction to news concerning QCOM. We got some pretty damaging news a few weeks ago, and QCOM hardly moved lower on it, now we get this spinco as way for QCOM to solve the GSM puzzle, along with a chance to own the real meat of the company that some other company might want to own. I also feel it focuses the company in the right direction. What we need to look for now is the streets take on it.
