I see from reading your handle web page that you are a CPA retired. If true please define what a cafeteria plan is and how it is used.

1- If you are able to do that then tell me what IRS code 125 IS. Now then tell me how section 125 relates to

2- 129

3- 106

4- 105

as related to code 125.

If you can do this on this forum then I will accept you for what you claim to be.

If you cannot do this then I will accept you for what you wish to be but you are not.......a CPA.
