I like their 3 year in house repair plan for only $99 extra . I also like their diagnostic thingy where they can get inside your box over the phone to help you with problems. I'm currently using a generic 233 that 4 years old. I never had a problem with it that took more than 10 minutes to correct My 1st box was a Compaq, whatta POS. I'd never buy another. Oh also, I think Dell is still the only place to get a box with rdram. It's about 2x faster than sdram.
