I find this confusing. Just so we're all using the same terminology:

SDLI trades at a 19% discount to it's buyout value:
(((130*3.8)-400)/(130*3.8))=19%

It would require a 24% mark-up in the price to resolve this discount:
(((130*3.8)-400)/400)=23.5%

But your point is not lost. The discount has been widening significantly since the S&P inclusion announcement.
