It is possible that SPINCO will be a much bigger gorilla than QCOM. SPINCO will be producing high margin product and selling to EVERYBODY.

NOK must either be shaking in its boots or anxious to get an ASICS agreement in place with SPINCO, OR BOTH.

Qualcomm is the well, Sphincto is the bucket, royalty-free is the rope. Pound for pound the bucket might be worth more (except in cases of extreme drought) but one would be almost useless without the other.
