Ron: Is 68 the 200 day average? Getting mighty close to it if it is.

Well, GNET continues to remain above its moving average on really decent volume.

siliconinvestor.com

We might be a bit overbought on the daily chart but those stochastics are heading upward again and that is very positive.

And when we review the weekly chart again, the picture becomes even clearer:

siliconinvestor.com

See how that Stochastic is heady north at a steep angle? See how the MACD is still negative, yet distinctly indicating it will quite likely turn positive and provide a massive buy signal?

And by the looks of the RSI you'll see how it compares to the last time it rose above 50 (not quite there yet).

Prognosis? We will likely continue to see volatility in the stock price as we bounce around between short-term overbought/oversold conditions. A weekly overbought condition can continue for quite a while (albeit with some wild day to day volatile swings that daytraders JUST LOVE).

Liquidity in GNET is still not where institutions would like it to be and they will likely time their purchases accordingly. However, there is little doubt that accumulation is occurring day by day, week by week. And that bodes very well for our little undervalued internet sleeper stock that delivers the earnings where competitors haven't.

Regards,

Ron
