Steve, my opinion of Avaya is purely based on the revenue and earnings growth for the past 2 years. I am sure that there are some good people being included. Many will not go as LU for some reason has retention $$ being handed out at the time of the separation, not 3-6 months after. For the sake of everyone involved, I hope that it works. tp

I disagree.. Avaya is a loss leader and Mcginn has lost my
confidence.. The whole company is out of control- they do
not know what they want to be when they grow up.. Instead
of a sound plan they buy companies trying to play catch up
with CSCO and NT. I'm still long but I really don't know why? Sorry for expressing my frustration...
