Dave, i'm actually quite happy that there are some people trying to do their jobs...i was merely being sarcastic, as none of the papers ever seem to result in any discernible policy initiatives. in that sense they are a waste of time. we are witnessing something along the lines you suggest with the dollar. as i have mentioned before, it's like a small bank lending someone 100m. bucks - it's impossible to foreclose, lest it wants to go under itself. that does of course not mean that the game can be played in perpetuity...the global economy is like a ship, on which there are rats, who sometimes just jump off...
