Isn't it by tomorrow that JDSU gets added to the S&P 500?
If so, I would be guessing that a lot of shares will be traded.

Again, I'm just guessing.

Have you read anything else about this?

I'm trying to remember what BRCM and NT did when they were added. I know they went up. I just don't remember if they went up on the final day before they were added.

Tomorrow is going to be wild if you are playing JDSU
I just checked and when BRCM was added to the 500 it went up $17 in the last half hour of trading on june 30th, added after the bell.
The kicker is tomorrow is earnings for JDSU and they already said they would beat
PLUS Nortel Blew away their # tonight
Gonna be interesting one way or the other
