If you look at the 2 or 3 earlier posts, we have been tracking M&A activity within the VoIP area to get a handle on how various companies are valuing the sector. The important part for Netergy or other VoIP companies is this is another tool for an investor to use to help value their investment, it gives you an idea of the potential value of the company (market cap) to a buyout candidate.
