Call me crazy but I bought both WDC and MXTR today on the HDD downgrade after earnings. Both stocks are oversold. I like WDC based on the potential for a Connex spin off later this year. I like MXTR because they are simply a better run company than virtually all their competitors. Both companies should benefit from movement into SAN and NAS space later this year in my opinion. Buy when the blood is in the streets they say and these stocks are pretty bloody right now. My Disk Drive/Storage portfolio is still up 26% for the year but not these two stocks. siliconinvestor.com RTS
