Have you heard of a non-disclosure-agreement?

Yes, but I doubt Tom has. He published benchmarks on the 820 a month or two before it came out.

Come to think of it, maybe that's why no one will give him anything early now <G>.

OTOH, someone as resourceful as Tom surely could get his hands on one if they're out in the hands of beta testers.
