You know the trick is how to "counsel out." -g- Especially if you are a dying organization. Yeah - well this Gallo is an extreme case, I mean he has only been there a year and its been a downhill ride the entire time - as if he wasn't aware of the financials when he went in? Now he goes to another flash in the pan. He hasn't had a success since his family invented the $2. jug-o-wine. And that was probably his grand-dad. The last guy that did this was the Silicon Graphics CEO who bailed to microsoft when the going got rough. Whew, what a case she was. You and I are on the same page there.
