sorry for been so naive (not my field) but even from a naive stand point of view and for the sake of the argument (since I do not believe in "the hammer" rumor) is not that logical to allow few months for various contingencies (after all, it's a new chip)? If true and if the goal is June then your possible schedule should be adjusted by few months and hence amd may be at more advanced stage now?
