At today's open I plan to buy August Puts on RMBS.

It's not that I don't believe in their product. I like RMBS.
This short term bearish move is because of the following article, and a few other reasons.
yahoo.cnet.com

Intel veers from Rambus-only plans for Pentium 4.

This news could send some investors running to take some profits.
I'm guessing that the level of FUD will begin to increase until RMBS makes a few major announcements to counteract the Intel news.

I also notice a large price gap in RMBS's chart.
It could possibly fill that gap if the Naz retreats over the next few weeks.

I'm planning on buying the AUG 50's, 60's, and 85's.
The prices will probably change a little after the opening.
Right now they are listed at 3/4, 1 3/4, and 8 5/8, respectively. I'm spreading out into these contracts to observe how the prices change as we approach expiration. (If I hold them that long...)
I will sell theses AUG 50 Puts first upon any big dip in RMBS's stock price.
Hopefully the opening will provide prices close to this range.
I wish to invest $2,500 into each of these contracts.

I'll post my trade later today, probably after the close, or if I get a chance to put it up during work today.
