I expect that the UMG RR subs will operate under AT&T@Home brand just as the rest of AT&T BB subs.

If this is true, aren't the implciations remarkably bullish!!?? To wit: ATHM consumes part of RR and eliminates its only cable modem competition at the same time? Surely you jest!

Wouldn't ATHM have to purchase part of RR, which it won't be allowed to do becasue that would put it back into the hands of ATT which is being forced to sell it.

Or will RR just be allowed to drift and slowly bleed away its customers to others?

Somehow, I think RR will be spun off on its own. But then why would my FAQ state that service owuld be uninterrupted under a "new brand name"?
