In my view the breakdown occurred when ATHM closed below 17 1/2 two days ago. If you look at a chart you can see that the time spent in the 16's has been very brief over the last few months. Not so this week.

Today was a consolidation day. You can break out of consolidations either way. I don't know which way tomorrow goes.

Doesn't seem like it to me or to all the other put sellers either.

Short covering tomorrow?
