Dear QS: Stock split rumors?!?! Ha ha ha!

Anyone lurk over at the Yahoo! message boards recently?

I just went over to take a look and boy oh boy, does our mulling over the possibility of a split announcement look tame. Whereas we were considering the when of an announcement (and if there are enough available shares), the Yahoo! folk are basically speculating over the number.

3:1, 4:1... Ha ha ha! Here's an example of a 4:1:

messages.yahoo.com

here's a 3:1:

messages.yahoo.com

Anyway, I hardly think the SUNW, "Stock surge," was due to a bunch of institutional buyers trying to grab shares before a split announcement.

Geez, Briefing.com makes SUNW sound like some penny stock driven by rumor.

Nothing like a laugh before going to bed!

Regards,

Lynn
