Scumbria, Generally speaking protecting patents is a good thing. Rambus has every right to protect DRDRAM. I'm not convinced they have any legitimate SDRAM IP however. Fair enough. So I'll assume that if the courts decide that in implementing SDRAM and DDR, the DRAM companies have used a design that Rambus patented and that gives Rambus some of it's competitive advantage, you're okay with that. Then, as we've discussed, it's just a question of how much it's worth. Dave
