Mike I don't know anything about mining. But I do believe that the markets are essentially efficient. The geological
information that you have available and analyze is also available to any other investor with a mining background.
I think that the mining investment community has spoken loud and clear and their conclusion is that the information is insufficient to establish much more than the mere possibility of an economic resource. This conclusion is reflected in the stock price.

I just wish that one of these folks that I imagine to exist would take the time to refute your interpretations in detail!

Another posssibility is that the investment community doesn't think MDHM management can do the job even if the gold is there. Either way, MDHM shareholders lose.

Hope I'm wrong and and I'm long until the bitter end.

Prediction: if there is a funding deal, the terms will be so lousy that mdhm share price will be unaffected or fall.
