Hey, I can't give all that detail, which in effect says no more than the exact wording I used.

There is also the constraint that picking up too many subs might push Att beyond the 30% rule and so Att has to be somewhat indifferent towards mass "migration". Att is already at the limit, so they can't aggressively encourage too much jumping.

Also, at what support price would jumpers come? Diverse headend integration has to be somewhat of a challenge in its own right unless all the equipment is essentially identical between heads. That's unlikely. Better to let sleeping dogs lie until properly assessed risk/return can be obtained. The subs aren't going anywhere. Jumping should be accommodated at its own rate.
