What is pathetic in reading these CSCO posts is their utter lack of how the big Carriers like BT make their buying decision.

Companies like AT&T and BT do not simply go out and decide on different vendors each month.

We are talking about PARTNERSHIP, not a Box supplier. Building highly scaleable, 99.99999% public grade network is not something a box vendor learns to do over a year period.

If you don't understand that, you don't understand anything about Carrier space --- and should not be investing in this field.

ALA is a hell of a lot more competitor to NT than CSCO is or will be for the forseeable future (measured in years).

Kapish?
