It is possible that we could also sell off,but with the possibility of 3 or more IPO's in the next 6 months, IMO any such sell-off would be a marvelous buying opportunity. It is also possible that we could go up 25+ points in a couple of days and hardly look back. This is a conference call to look forward to-not so much for earnings, but for "guidance" on the progress of a sterling business plan.

Earnings really are not part of the MRVC story. I wouldn't buy this company as an operating company, but I'm betting on it as an incubator. I believe that what they say during the CC will be way more influential on the stock price than any number they post.

As far as sell off's after earnings, for me it has been a mixed bag--it seems like the ones that ran up a lot, like CMRC, sold off after good earnings, and the ones that did not run up a lot before earnings, like EXDS which did run some but not a lot, went up after good earnings. Of course, ARBA which was stalled for a while before earnings took off which started the whole recent leg of the run up.

I put MRVC in the same catagory as EXDS or ARBA, stalling now before earnings and although it has had a gradual run up over the last month, not the dramtic 50%+ increase in six days that CMRC had.

As someone else noted, MRVC is not really as much of an earnings driven company as these others because it is an incubator. Someone last weekend did note that the last two earnings reports did give MRVC a pop. I don't recall myself.
