Wayne, I had one of these today. I made the best offer via INSTINET and was alone at the inside watching prints go off at my price. After about 1000 shares I was joined by another offer. After 2300 shares I still was not filled, and then someone posted an offer 1/16 below me. I finally had to settle for selling at the bid 1/8 below my original offer. It's the nature of the beast. It's great if your broker has an auto execution agreement with some MM, but when you don't have that it's a pain. Dan
