Not risking my entire net worth, of course, but I think all said and done -- by the company and analysts and houses -- in the past week re JDSU begs for a dramatic sell-off.

AGAIN, I don't own the stock.

No offense to those who do.

Volts agreed..many funds have already bought their JDSU shares as permitted by their fund's charter...those that have not have had houses buy it for them with some sort of an average price agreement for exchanging the shares...the majority of "S&P Run-up" comes after the announcement but before the inclusion date. Also remember the Arbs will get back to work arbing the JDSU-SDLI deal...that will put some selling pressure out there on JDSU.

Disclosure...long JDSU..in fact from the days when it was UNPH.
