I will be surprised if Zaffire does not end up with a market cap of around $10B after its ipo. AVNX has current market cap of around $9B. scmr's is $33B. that makes the rest of MRVC worth around $2B. sounds fair to me. someone who sold today must know what they are doing.

The primary reason for the sell-off today was because of the rumors that George Gilder was going to high-light MRVC in this months newsletter which was released on the Web today.

Of course the rapid selling likely shook-out some weak-hands and closed out some stop-losses to boot.
