Glenn Reits have been doing well this yr. and what i've heard they should continue to do well. I forgot how long there cycle is ; you'd have to check with your broker about this and what types are best.

Here is an isolated incidence, an abnormality in california
real-estate market. A friend's agent asked her to lower the
sale price (don't know the detail) because no one is
looking at her 'prized-real-estate'. She refused and
decided to rent it and ride it out.

She wants to keep her '33% inflation' of the house instead
of ....

That's in one year during no-inflation time.

I'll take 25% and run.

But some people is just smarter, luckier.
