Is this anyway to run a world class business???

The silence is deafening. All we hear is the speculations of third parties and shills. IMO out of this silence will emerge a series of new license announcements.

These companies are going to have difficulty selling large quantities of infringing product to their OEMS. The OEMS will require full indemnification against future royalty payments and damages. Any reasonable OEM will buy from only licensed companies. Also, they risk having thier products barred from the US market place by the ITC.

Food for thought.
