Reply from Wendy: Very telling actually. I sent the email to RP..Wendy responded (this before I read MurrayHill's post regarding the 54XX series TI chip. The chip I was referring to is a combo with the 55XX series) If you read my second to last post TI's 54XX series used ...also JVC uses TI 54XX series. It certainly is reasonable to assume that TI is using Edig to "PORT" as Lucent did. FWIW recent post said TI 54XX sereis is in at least 20 players!! Sounds like double digits to me. Remember..as per the shareholder letter..many of our OEM's we received through our partnerships:
