Here is a patent that was issued yesterday.
George posted it in the club. If you scroll
about 1/4th of the way down you will
see the many uses that XOMA claims BPI
can be used for...if they are correct on
even a few of these it will mean BIG money over the next several years.

Gw, you are right, the 2 years will walk after the talk, and Lilly will not be impatient, they have time, xoma has little.

xoma will have to accept less of the income, and it will be pure profit, no expense, so a 5% of $1billion is pure $50M profit.

You are almost right, xoma could get 1% (and still very lucky).

George, I don't know whether or not you hang out at Discos in Paris BUT>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Meningitis Case At Disneyland Paris
.c The Associated Press
PARIS (AP) - Authorities urged people who went to a discotheque at Disneyland Paris to consult a doctor after a young man who visited the nightclub last weekend was hospitalized with meningitis, police said Saturday.
Authorities in the Seine-la-Marne district said the 24-year-old man, who visited the theme park's ``Hurricane'' nightclub the night of July 22, was diagnosed with a ``severe form'' of meningitis.
Police have recommended that everyone who was at the nightclub last weekend seek preventive medical treatment.
Officials at Disneyland Paris could not be immediately reached for comment. Symptoms of meningitis include severe headaches and vomiting.
Bacterial meningitis is a serious and often deadly infection of fluid and membranes covering the brain and spinal cord. It is spread through coughing, kissing and other close contact.
