Your assumption if I may say so is not correct.All manufacturers and customers of QCOM pay a royalty plus a chipset cost.

Thanks, shamsee. Then we can conclude that SPINCO ASICS customers will be paying QCOM a royalty payment as well for the QCOM-held IPR built into the SPINCO ASICS.

Are we likely to see royalty payments by SPINCO customers to other IPR holders (GSM)?
