ATLANTA, July 25 (UPI) - Archbishop Desmond Tutu Tuesday asked the United States to provide cash assistance to South Africa to help it recover from years of apartheid.
Tutu made the comments before a ceremony at which he was given the Delta Prize for Global Understanding, an international award established by the University of Georgia. The prize carries a $10,000 cash award.
