Actually, it was a Hull company. Hull is across the river from Ottawa, sort of a DC-Arlington thing.

As far as I can tell, the Graphicorp deal was an assets thing. Corel staff who worked with Graphicorp assets are being laid off, not two weeks after Cowpland said no more layoffs, we have enough cash, we will be profitable in Q4.

If the first is not true in such a short time frame, it doesn't say much for the credibility of the other statements.
