WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Westell Technologies Inc. (WSTL) President J.
William
Nelson registered to sell 100,000 shares of the company's common stock,
according to a Form 144 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on
Wednesday.
A Form 144 indicates an intention to sell restricted stock, but it isn't a
commitment to do so.
The filing indicates Nelson intended to sell the shares July 21 on the
Nasdaq
Stock Market. Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown was listed as the broker for the
transaction.
Westell Technologies, based in Aurora, Ill., is a holding company for
Westell
Inc., which makes telecommunications access products.
