Eric,

In filings earlier this year, Amazon valued Galli's option package at $1.3 billion.

I didn't know this about Jon Cohen, the analyst who was negative on AMZN at ML. His current firm initiated last week with a Buy rating.

"Online brokerage and stock underwriter Wit Capital Group nabbed Merrill Lynch analyst Jonathan Cohen last year with a $5.2 million signing bonus and an 800,000-share option grant valued at $10.4 million."

<<Yes - Jimmy Wright walked away with $7.5 million after a year.>>

I've submitted my qualifications for COO. My demands are as follows:

$ 250k salary.
$ 3 million signing bonus.
5 million AMZN shares sold short at the avg price of the day that news of my hiring is released in a pr, fully-vested upon successful completion of six months full-time employment.

I have not heard back yet. I'll keep everyone posted!
Victor
