I hope this is those 5 million shares because that will be relatively short lived. JDSU went through a 7.7 million share sell off that hurt it for about a week. I doubt if the FOCI shareholders will sell all at the same time.

renard, i think what we're seeing is a weak naz, small investors scared sh*tless ahead of earnings/cc, and people on margin that are remembering the last time this stock moved down 70%. maybe the prospectus won't get announced by tomorrow, but i think next week will be just fine, as well. if we get below $60, i'm in with with whatever cash i can scrape together.

The smaller stock options are selling now, but I am guessing that the bigger ones will sell after the earnings. I "expect" the CC to be good and still the stock to go down. We need about 3 to 5 mil of those shares out of the FOCI folks and then we resume our move up. I plan to add to my position soon, now if I can decide when.... May be I will watch OBV starting from the date SEC filing was done to figure out an entry point.... Dayal
