I'm listening to the conference call right now. I don't get the negativity. They're having to move fab capacity forward to satisfy demand, for gosh sakes. The $20 million revenue slip due to what sounds like a keypunch error +/- is a little bothersome, but should just be a gnat on the horse's butt.

Perhaps the analysts don't buy into the "dynamic replenishment" discussion, or think it's a negative because of its effect on inventories. I don't see it as a negative; in fact, I think it's a strong positive going forward. Over the long term it can improve visibility, obviate double ordering, and involve LSI more intimately with its customers and their supply chains (affording opportunities for further sales).

But that's JMHO. Do your own research and form your own conclusions.
