Has anyone got a handle on the royalty rate for rdram vs. sdram?

Very surprisingly, at least with the Toshiba and Hitachi agreements the percentage rates are actually higher for DDR and about the same for SDRAM. Plus these agreements include up-front licensing fees as well as percentages of sales.

But this is what is publically disclosed. Haven't the foggiest as to what is going on behind the scenes, or what details lay in-between the lines of these agreements.

P.S. I did pick up a nice chunk of RMBS about 30 minutes ago.
