isoman, because the Manning rule says it has to be represented to the market. This rule has been in force for over a year at least.

I am interested in the answer as well, as I was told by a broker at my deep discounter that the MM's had 15 minutes to themselves. Of course one of their people also told me that a short sale could only execute at the bid....

The stock is CLSC - if anyone can pull up the time and sales for Monday's open I would be curious to know about any prints under 5 1/4.

It's a NASDAQ NM stock - the Manning rule should apply.

I am not a Market Maker but that shouldn't matter. If they follow the rules.
