"You guys can twist anything negative"

The stock has fallen from $50 to $8, has declining earnings, has had massive writeoffs, has had the CEO resign in disgrace, has billions in debt, and has $1.5b coming due by the end of the year.

What is there to twist???

"What I simply can't figure is that you potentially have a maximum of $8 to make here."

Are you under the impression that BRKa has more profit potential for a short position than any other stock because it has more points in it's price than any other stock?

Regards,

Barb

"What I simply can't figure is that you potentially have a maximum of $8 to make here. Aren't there many other opportunities around these days that would yield that same $8 and a substantially less risk?"

The maximum I can make is 100%, regardless where I shorted at.

As far as better opportunities, I think RAD (another of Mr. P$nk's favorites) offers substantially less risk with an equal reward.

Other than that, I can't think of any (of course, there are plenty of companies in equally bad shape, but they all trade at $1.50 and have no shares available).

If you find a different company that is fairly certain to file chapter 11 within six months and that still has shares available, please let me know.
