Related to the nicotine gum patent...Thanks for the information on the three patents. I'll look at them. They probably have something to do with specific formulations and I seriously doubt if Swedish Match/Gum Tech would be dumb enough to violate them. I may have used the wrong terminology regarding Smith Kline's NDA or patent on nicotine gum. Any company with an approved ANDA can sell generic nicotine gum in the US. Watson Pharmaceuticals is the only company that I know of that has one. Why don't you go spam their message board with your copy cat nonsense. Companies compete in the same space all over the place. Do you think this is unique to Gum Tech? Does every company that does business have a monopoly? LMAO, didn't think so! There are ways to differentiate even generic products. Besides that, ANY non-tobacco nicotine product falls under the purview of the joint venture. This could include products like nasal gels, lozenges, patches, and other non-tobacco nicotine delivery systems.

There is a difference between a zinc nasal gel and a zinc lozenge. I don't think that my seeing a difference in those makes me a moron. One product goes in your nose and the other goes in your mouth. Again, LMAO!

Regarding the language in my posts, I take great care not to hype stocks or claim that my opinions are facts. Thanks for pointing that out.

I was really enjoying the peace and quiet away from you the last couple of months. Since you like to have the last word, why don't you get one more dumb bash in and we'll leave it at that. Bye.

Regards,
Dan
