Their earnings for one. This whole area where i reside had cable strung. It is not simple to crawl under houses and try to figure out how to how to get into the wall when where i live the houses have been refurbished and remodeled and there is no easy solution to running the cable or stringing you are dealing with back yards family pets and you are an intruder. In five years when perhaps this all houses in this neighborhood are wired both external and internal with cable self install could be possible. Now it pretty impossible for most people who reside in my vicinity to do it by themselves. Also many who resided just short distance from where i live had no access to BB you need fiber optic in the area to start with. UMG did it and did it well including offering digital phone.

This is so stupid it requires a response: Also, those who self-install and screw up, can pay for the great customer service on fixing their situation. Those subs will have no one to blame but themselves for the screw up since they had another option open to them. You sure don't know what it takes to build a business. That was clear from your air head response to Grace. Att Cable Services doesn't agree with you in the slightest. If they did, ATHM would be DOA. Charge for a truck roll!
