We think SSB....but when I checked with the Specialist and some floor traders....they said "various sellers".

That was about 2 weeks ago. I haven't checked since.

There is a major seller out there who is selling on a steady and regular basis. I do not know who it is, however, when the point is reached that there is no more to sell, it will be considered "oversold", and then big buyers will scramble to accumulate shares again. This sis not stock specific, all the capacitor makers are off, as is the NASDAQ composite average.
